Job Description

In this role you will take responsibility for inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products, overseeing the activities of a talented and diverse team. The role is accountable for a complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels, to administer an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.

You will achieve this through the following:

• Ensure Logistics is in compliance with cGMP and other compliance regulations.
• Ensure on time supply to customer base (iOTIF/ OTIF).
• Responsible for Logistics capacity planning and alignment with business Capacity Planning models
• Supporting New Product launches and alignment to Franchise initiatives.
• Identify target areas for business process improvements and manage projects to ensure achievement of results.
• As a part of the SCM Leadership Team, participates in the development of SCM Strategy and long term Business Development Plan.
• Financial Stewardship: Annual operating plan, inventory management, budget planning and control.
• Lead, promote, and supervise the implementation and maintenance of EHS programs.
• Lead Logistics team by providing ongoing coaching, support, and developmental and performance management of individuals.
• Participate and comply with the Quality Management System(QMS) requirements including ownership as relevant to Logistics.

• To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: B.S. in Science/Engineering/Supply Chain or > 5 yrs of relevant experience
• Proven record of managing logistics teams in a multinational environment with strong warehouse management skills
• Demonstrable leadership skills - management of diverse teams and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders are essential attributes for success in this role.
