Key job responsibilities
- Routinely review ticket queue for large events and address accordingly
- Coordinate change management resources
- Guide, train and educate data staff on the best practices related to all service owner issues
- Manage and deliver mid-size projects
- Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs- Provide weekly report to the Cluster Manager
- Maintain the on-call schedule coordinating absence and vacations
- Recruit and train Decom technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Write and deliver performance reviews for staffAbout the team

- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure with project management best practices such as PMI, Waterfall, and Agile.
- Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
- PMP Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, Safety training or certification.
