Responsibilities:
· Processing legacy hardware out of the data center facilities in India
· Moving large enterprise equipment
· Lift up to 49lbs and participate in team lifts of 50+ lbs
· Hard drive removal and destruction
· Creating/attaching labels and barcodes
· Updating progress through a web ticketing systems
· Documenting procedures
· Escalating concerns to senior technicians and managers as needed/required
· Work with basic PC components and hardware:
o HDD/SSD/Flash/Removable storage media

Basic Qualifications: ·
Must be at least 20 years old ·
High School Diploma or equivalent ·
6 + Months of Experience in an IT role or relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications: ·
1+ years’ data center experience ·
1+ years’ experience with hardware & network based trouble shooting
1+ years’ experience with a ticketing system · Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role ·Key job responsibilities

- Are 18 years of age or older. High school or equivalent diploma. STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education
- Work for 40 hours/week, and overtime as required. Work 10 hour shifts as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications and Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager

- Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
- 1+ years’ data center experience ·
