Your Role and Responsibilities Who you are: The Client Delivery Manager manages long-lasting partnerships with existing and new clients serving as primary point of contact, identifies new growth opportunities that will yield profitable GP / revenue, and leads tough contractual negotiations. Primary responsibility is to ensure account revenue/GP are met and expand commercial footprint with the client and also ensure smooth delivery of committed deliverables. You right person for this role should have over 12 years of experience working with FSS clients/captive units of these clients in the ISA region and should have excellent Program Management, Delivery Management, business management and stakeholder management skills. Client Delivery Manager is a person who should be self-driven and should be able to operate independently with minimal oversight to drive revenue/GP targets, oversee delivery operations and vendor/ecosystem partnerships. You will work in conjunction with Account Partner(s) and Delivery Project Executives in bringing the latest thinking in terms of automation/AI and innovation to improve the client’s service Experience of managing large scale, multi-country delivery of technology services Leads with Integrity and directly influences Revenue, GP and controls DE Leakage to deliver what we promise with consistently high NPS relationship scores and high utilization.
What you’ll do:
Expand our base in the target account through strong relationship management, stakeholder management, building excellent rapport with client.
Manage Delivery operations on ground working closely with the client on a day to day basis.
Build trusted relationship with local ecosystem partners of IBM to help meet the delivery goals and objectives of the client engagements.
Work under direct supervision of the Account Partner and Delivery Project Executive to help significantly grow IBM’s portfolio in account
Develop future skills through continuous learning, hands on application, and sharing expertise (digital credentials, patents, certifications).
Cultivate high performing diverse talent and builds inclusive agile teams while growing their careers and relevant skills Is committed to coaching and enables meaningful work for practitioners through empowerment, continuous feedback and recognition.
Act on client feedback in real time to increase value, build best practices, and improve credibility.
Manages applications managed services contracts, including contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables, while working with strategic vendor partners, and demonstrating models of collaboration.
Manage programs contracted on Time & Material basis with key clients for support & enhancements for applications hosted across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Candidate should be an Engineer with at least 12 years of experience in Financial Services
Candidate should have worked with FSS Captives in the capacity of Program Manager driving key strategic initiatives and business management
Should be proficient with MS Office tools and should have significant expertise in MS-Power point making impactful presentations and MS-Excel / Dashboarding tools to build and track KPIs and Metrics dashboard
Candidate should be based in Hyderabad/ willing to work out of Hyderabad
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
MBA qualification is preferred
People Management experience is preferred
Professional Certifications like PMP and CSM is preferred
Candidate should be willing to travel on a need basis to client locations within India ( < 10% of travel)
