Working within the European Scheme Team that covers all scheme related activity, management and operations
This position is responsible for the delivery and successful implementation of Scheme related projects and sales support related programs within Europe, reporting into the Head of Scheme Partnerships, with a focus on Poland
Promotes scheme acceptance programs in order to achieve full participation and success within all designated locations and relevant business lines
Monitors sales results and is involved in the training of the sales force to help ensure that sales and service goals are met.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ year experience in Payments required
Good knowledge or European payments landscape
Knowledge of Poland market is a strong plus
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractual opportunities
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
Ability to work cross functionally and across different markets
Good analytical skills; creating insight out of data
Good organizational and project management skills
Effective presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Polish required
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
