Your role:

• Ensure day-to-day accurate processing of upgrades orders, reworks, according to a set of KPIs such as lead time to process new orders and returns.

• Design and maintain a daily management board for relevant KPIs and activities, and engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure operational excellence

• Provide excellent customer service for our customers

• Process order activities in SAP and other supporting applications.

• Process order changes due to Customer or Warehouse requests.

You're the right fit if:

• You are currently studying or have a Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent academic fields.

• You have +1 years of experience in Order Management or on equivalent field. .

• Experience with, Microsoft Excel, SAP or similar ERP is preferred.

• Proficient level of written and oral communication in English.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams, handle conflicting priorities, and deal with pressure and constant change.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
