Your role:
- Validate and process sales orders, including manual handling for customers without EDI.
- Check order availability, prepare delivery proposals, and liaise with the Supply planning team.
- Screen complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
- Manage special orders and combined shipments, ensuring on-time delivery
- Provide daily analysis, weekly root cause reports, and monthly order receipts and sales reports.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, International Business or an equivalent academic field.
- You have +1 year of experience in order processing, account management or an equivalent mix of professional experience and academic studies.
- Your skills include knowledge in SAP.Proficient in Excel (V-look ups, IF and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, fluency in English.
- You are a customer centric oriented person, capable of working independently and being able to solve problems.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
