Your key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns via EY’s marketing automation platform.
- Manage and enhance workflows in Marketo (Marketo experience is a strong advantage).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop personalized customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including:
- SEO strategy and execution
- Customer journey analytics
- Website development and optimization
- Online advertising management (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Proven experience in marketing automation (Marketo expertise is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing approaches.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in SEO, paid media, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
