Key responsibilities

  • Digital platform management – e.g. editing and maintaining internal website content and asset, creating newsletters in the relevant platform
  • Providing active support to the Event team – creating and managing registration forms, surveys, providing general support in event execution
  • Preparing creative materials – editing ppt files, internal communication templates and emails, invitations, etc.
  • Providing administrative support – reporting
  • Actively monitoring our competitors and researching activities, reports, and news from EY in other countries
  • Regularly tracking and getting insights into our competitors' strategies
  • Developing and monitoring ROI and KPIs
  • Keeping yourself up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
  • Cooperating with the Business Development, Talent, Finance and Service Line teams

Skills and requirements for success

  • Advanced level English and fluent Hungarian skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong digital skills and knowledge
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, energetic team player with a close attention to details
  • Creative mindset and can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience in marketing or working in a large organization
