Role Overview

As the Worldwide Channel Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our retail objectives. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, channel partners, retail sales professionals, and third-party personnel to orchestrate compelling in-store and online experiences. Your primary goal will be to expand the reach of Snapdragon products and enhance consumer engagement on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Retail Strategy Development : Formulate strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility and impact of the Snapdragon brand at retail. Your strategic insights will drive increased sales velocity and optimize product sell-through.

  • Retail Execution Excellence: Collaborate closely with retailers, marketing teams, and third-party labor agencies to drive customer-facing initiatives across all retail platforms.

  • Training and Enablement: Empower retail sales professionals and third-party personnel with comprehensive product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and persuasive advocacy skills.

  • Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador for the Snapdragon brand. Engage proactively with customers and partners to amplify brand awareness and advocacy.

  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Agency Management: Oversee and collaborate with third-party labor agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives, fostering productive partnerships to achieve mutual goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge in the field.

  • 7+ Years of Retail Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of seven years of proven experience in the retail compute industry, spanning sales across retail and e-commerce channels as well as third party labor agencies.

  • Channel Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in channel marketing strategies is essential. Candidates must exhibit adeptness in overcoming obstacles and leveraging challenges to drive business opportunities, particularly in launching new technologies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. They should demonstrate proficiency in internal team leadership and external customer engagement.

  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Successful candidates must excel in solving complex problems creatively. Strong analytical abilities and a capacity for innovative thinking are required.

Pay range:

$201,000.00 - $301,000.00
