Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads, manages and performs data mining, exploration, usage of analytical programs/languages to find anomalies within big data and/or develops and deploys enhanced models
  • Serves as a partner to business leaders in researching areas for improvement, model and propose solutions or by creating dashboards to monitor results
  • Professional expertise to interpret, solve prepare and present to executives using visual techniques and analytical methods
  • Works independently or in teams, guiding staff
Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field


Experience Required: 7+ years progressive experience in an analytics role in business related role


Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in Operations and/or Process Improvement combined with analytical work
  • Demonstrated experience in working in different business areas and business models

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Expertise in a combination of Analytical Tools (Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Azure, etc.)
  • Academic courses in data science, analytics and analytical tools.
  • Ability to understand regression analysis, association, clustering and other statistical methodologies in order to understand complex sales/market dynamics
  • Assertiveness, problem solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, time management, adherence to deadlines, accountability and creativity are required
  • Must possess leadership, strong analytical, oral and written communication skills

Functional Knowledge:

  • Ability to learn and design new processes
  • Strong business acumen
