Consumer Marketing Manager - Oral Health Care 12 Month Contract

Ideally, you will thrive in a supportive, face-paced environment together with a cross-functional team to deliver business results. This role requires a team player with a can-do attitude who delights in being challenged.

You are responsible to

  • Develop and execute integrated and aligned marketing plans that meet company sales, market share and profit objectives across Australia & New Zealand

  • Manage the portfolio toward KPIs, including market share and brand preference and driving corrective actions where needed

  • Work with market research team to identify actionable insights, together with category dynamics and trends to steer strategic marketing plans

  • Plan, manage and execute the local pricing and promotional strategy

  • Drive consumer demand generation and local marketing activation strategy across all touchpoints

  • Effectively manage the brand P&L, including A&P planning and product profitability

  • Provide inputs with local insights about markets, competition, and trends through to global

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as being the lead contact for the category in Australia & New Zealand

You're the right fit if:

  • Ideally you will hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and come with experience in a similar brand or marketing role from eithertechnology, specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain. You will currently be a Senior or Brand Manager looking to take the next step in your career.

  • Confident in your ability to drive this portfolio and happy to be hands on, there are no direct reports to this position.

  • Be a creative and agile problem solver, with strong data analytics experience to build and drive effective marketing strategies and results

  • Bring your excellent communication and ability to navigate a matrix organisation as well as having strong project management

  • You are enthusiastic, see opportunity and are digitally savvy as you drive results through several channel mix strategies for both on and offline

  • Your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively that will see you succeed
