• Understanding of business processes and internal IT systems of our clients
• Evaluation of information system’s functionalities and capabilities with global information and communications technology (ICT) standards and national regulations
• IT risk management and cybersecurity

There are several ongoing long-term projects and project opportunities which require ICT expertise. Most of your time will be spent embedded within our team or directly within our clients’ teams, so you’ll also build a network of relationships across multiple industries.

Working as a team member for the public and private sector clients in projects related to following areas:
• IT strategy
• IT risk management and cybersecurity
• IT regulatory compliance
• Improving efficiency and/or service quality of the IT organization
• Developing conceptual architecture for IT solutions
• Developing functional and non-functional requirement documents for IT procurements
• Supporting Clients on selection of the IT solutions
• Quality assurance service during IT implementation projects
• Preparation of proposals and client presentations, performing client workshops and supervising analytical tasks like business process mapping and modeling, gathering of system requirements, etc.
• Project management responsibilities and supporting sales and market development
• Establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships

• Master’s degree (information technology, economy, business or similar fields are desirable)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as IT Auditor, IT Risk Adviser or as IT Consultant
• Experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
- IT general controls review
- Application and Infrastructure review
- Cybersecurity review

• Understanding of management concepts in areas of business strategy, organizational development, performance measurement, operations management, finance and IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
• Self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, „can do” attitude
• Detail oriented, able to work in precise and accurate manner

• CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 LA certification is an advantage
