As a Partner Manager (ASEAN) you will be in a critical role, responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships across the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with various partner types (e.g., resellers, system integrators, technology partners, distributors) to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance customer value. You will possess a strong understanding of the ASEAN business landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving partner-driven sales targets.
Responsibilities:
•
o Identify and prioritize key target partner segments and potential partners based on market analysis and strategic fit.
o Define clear partner program frameworks, including tiers, benefits, requirements, and performance metrics.
o Conduct market research to understand partner ecosystems, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within ASEAN.
•Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Proactively identify, prospect, and recruit new strategic partners across the ASEAN region.
o Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
o Develop and deliver effective partner training programs on products, solutions, sales processes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
o Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on products, programs, and market trends.

o Track and analyze partner sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
o Develop and manage partner incentive programs and promotions to drive sales growth.
•Marketing and Enablement:
o Support partner participation in marketing events and activities.
o Ensure partners have access to the necessary sales and marketing tools and resources.
o Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among partners.
•Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Develop and maintain accurate records of partner activities, performance, and forecasts.
o Generate regular reports on partner performance against key metrics.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on partner data and market trends.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience!
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably within the software industry.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships in the ASEAN region.
• Strong understanding of the ASEAN business culture and market dynamics.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing and executing partner programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency 1 in CRM and partner management tools.
• Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with SIs, SPs, Distributors, OEMs - e.g., SaaS partners, cloud service providers.
• Existing network of relevant partners within the ASEAN region.
