As the
Data Operations SME, you’ll support the People Systems and Integrations team by managing system integrations, vendor onboarding, and M&A activities. You’ll enhance data accuracy, develop technical solutions, maintain PowerBI platforms, and identify improvements across tools like ServiceNow and Workday to drive smarter decision-making.
In this role, you'll apply advanced data extraction and analytics to uncover insights from complex datasets, helping to inform business decisions. With a strong grasp of data and an economic mindset, you'll identify issues, highlight opportunities, and tell the story behind the numbers.
Your role:
Support data quality & governance by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and normalization of datasets by following data quality frameworks, collaborating with data owners, and conducting internal and external benchmarking to identify factors affecting data quality.
Design and manage secure reporting environments, develop BI dashboards, and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights, perform root cause analysis, and support predictive analytics for proactive decision-making.
Provide support & communication when in tegrating diverse datasets to support strategic decisions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and effectively communicate complex analytical findings to business teams in clear, non-technical language.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years’ experience working as a data analyst specializing in analyzing customer master data while leveraging business intelligence tools/platforms and systems.
Your skills include experience using Microsoft Office (Excel VBA Macros), Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and Qualtrics; Apache Spark, QlikView, and classification techniques like Random Forest, SVM, Boosting, and Bagging (required). Other skills using VSCode, JupyterLab, JupyterNotebook, R Programming, SAS, SQL, PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub, GitBash, PySpark, MongoDB, TensorFlow, F#, Flask, NLP, Scala, AWS Redshift, Adobe analytics, Google 360, Tableau, RSPSS, and clustering algorithms - are bonus skillsets.
You have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in computer science, information management, statistics, business or an equivalent degree, or Vocational education program.

You’re a clear communicator and problem-solver who works well with others and thrives in fast-paced environments, also skilled at gathering technical details, managing priorities, and working independently to meet deadlines. With strong experience in data pre-processing, EDA, and advanced analytics, you’re proficient in using and managing visualization tools. Your attention to detail helps you accurately collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver meaningful insights.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $63,000.00 to $100,000.00.
