Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve increasingly complex technical issues related to the company's software products via telephone and/or email/internet.
  • Manage communications with customers, at all levels, to maintain positive relationships.
  • Advanced user of information tools and training to provide consistent, high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical support staff increase efficiency.
  • Contributes to the online knowledge base of known issues/solutions.
  • Acquires specialized knowledge in specific company products.
  • Actively participates in technical forums.
  • Provides feedback on the area of specialization to R&D.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to provide tracking and resolution of change requests.
  • May serve as a team lead and is expected to mentor Associates and Support Engineers.
  • Contributes to the team recruitment process by serving on interview panels.
  • Works only on specific areas based on the criticality and complexity of the issues.

Role Essentials

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
