Our team is at the hub of Microsoft's financial activities, being a key strategic partner to all sides of the business and serving a diverse set of stakeholders: CFOs, Senior Leadership Team, engineering groups, and sales and marketing teams.Itcomprisesofteams focused on FP&Aacrossall ofthecompany’sfinancial activities, Investor Relations, Procurement& Finance Data

This role will helpof Directors. In addition, this role will co-lead the model, forecast and

analytics andinsights into executive-level reportand Board of Directors. Additionally, you will build connections to design, scale, and promote new frameworks across the organization.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • ORMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+years experiencein financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with finance peers within Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and Engineering organizations to understand drivers of business performance and communicate these effectively to finance leadership and the executive team. Lead forecast syncs to understand changes in outlook,risksand potential upsides to the results.
  • Commercial Bookings:Co-lead Bookings for the Commercial business.Identifyopportunities to improve forecast accuracy and develop insights on variances to plan.Provide thought-leadership to evolve the model totake into account
  • Be an active participant in the compete v-team, staying close to market trends and competitor activity that may influence orimpactthe commercial business and present these insights to senior leaders
