Responsibilities:
Manages professional and support level employees within Sales and Marketing. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as channel performance analysis, creates value propositions, and writes newsletters. Is involved in contract negotiations for major clients.
Solicit sales to achieve objectives through existing or new customers in the area.
Forecast and allocate sales target.
Handle customer's complaints promptly.
Report on competitive activities.
Provide information on new market opportunities and competitive.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of responsible product.
Aggressively seek for new markets and new business.
Analyze business opportunities and market situation.
Design sales program to meet customer requirement.
Coordinate with international 3M organization.
Manage inventory.
Build the company's image and convey the information between the customers and 3M.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Sales, Sales Engineer, Marketing, Sales Coordinator in Automotive industry or any related job functions.
Proficient in verbal and written English (to communicate with) overseas customer and offices coordination.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of technology products and services.
Good analytical and ability to perform under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems is a plus
Have own car and driving license with occasionally visit customers in each month.
