5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement with sales/pre-sales stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and serving executive level stakeholders.
Experience in training, developing, executing sales enablement programs, and learning and enabling content development in different areas impacting sales.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
Working technical knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
Excellent project management and communcation skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning and enablement projects simultaneously.
