Identify areas of improvement across the ASO organisation and make actionable recommendations. Work cross-functionally to incubate innovative ideas and develop strategies that influence the performance of EMEIA ASO. Support development of key internal communications and presentations as needed to support the ASO Director and Site LeaderSupport and drive the efficacy of recurring strategic and operational meetings ensuring shared context, awareness and alignment along with effectively tracked outcomes.Prepares presentations, reviews, reports and strategic documents.
  • This role typically requires extensive years of work experience in strategy, finance or a business development role in a Retail / Online - centric environment. Related experience with a strategy consulting firm or investment bank, and/or experience as a Chief of Staff at a large organisation.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organisations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analysing and tracking key business data.
  • Relentless focus on details, accuracy and quality
  • Exceptional influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team and organisational levels
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with confidence and poise presenting to management
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitated complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organisation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload while demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
