- End to end lead for designated commercial offers and promotions across the EMEIA region- Lead the NPI go to market commercial strategy and financing partner readiness activities- Develop the offer and promotion roadmap for EMEIA, aligning closely with opportunities identified in key country plans - Support the localisation and launch of WW led promotions; represent the Geo during the design and build phases to ensure strong Geo fit - Partner with Country and Commercial Managers to identify opportunities to leverage affordability capabilities to drive new offers and promotions
  • Experience in commercial management, finance or project management
  • A strong knowledge of the functions and levers associated with a retail business, including the ability to interpret and enable business insight
  • Ability to analyse competitive offers from both a commercial and customer experience
  • Team worker with a demonstrable track record of working within and across functions.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience of developing consumer focussed offerings, leveraging key internal and external partners.
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Strong in Keynote
  • Strong command of English (2nd language would be a plus), both written and spoken
