Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned IT delivery lead who will be responsible for delivering digital products and solutions across the Market Access and Revenue Management (MARM) value team. You will be responsible for leading agile squads to implement, roll-out, evolve, and operate the MARM products based on the vision and roadmap provided by the product owners. You will be responsible for the product quality, security, and operability as well as the cost efficiency of the delivery squads. As a delivery lead, you will collaborate with the product line leads, product owners, and value team architects to understand the business value and priorities, scope and design solutions, and estimate and plan the delivery. You will be leading squad teams of mainly external analysts, engineers, testers, and release managers. You will lead the delivery team to ensure everyone finishes their tasks and moves towards completion on time, in quality and within budget following an agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open and clear communication channels between various teams involved in project delivery, such as value team leads, product line leads, project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation paths to stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of IT projects.

  • Leadership and performance management of delivery teams, including software engineers, quality engineers, hardware engineers, and analysts.

  • Establish the team and processes to deliver high-quality releases of several applications that meet established product and technology roadmap timelines.

  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks and maintain project progress.

  • Recruit and retain a high-performing team.

  • Provide regular performance communication, mentorship, and coaching for staff.

  • Participate in the technical strategy of new features and assist teams in producing design artifacts as needed.

  • Collaborate on developing methods and processes in an Agile environment for key development areas such as design reviews, work breakdowns, code reviews, quality metrics, etc.

  • Continuously assess and refine project delivery processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and implement best practices.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's technology landscape and IT capabilities. Leverage technical knowledge to make informed decisions and guide project teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Implement quality assurance processes to prevent defects and ensure consistent results.

  • Work with approved vendors to extract future technology direction, understand market trends, and form strategic partnerships.

  • Assist teams in removing obstacles and ensure the overall success of product deliverables.

  • Provide a culture supportive of optimal individual contribution and teamwork.

:

  • Background in computer science, Information Technology, or related work experience.

  • Proven hands-on experience in IT delivery (5+ years).

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Vendor management experience.

  • Experience in effort and cost estimation and team sizing.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives.

  • Proactive and capable of taking the initiative to drive projects forward.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

:

  • Understanding of commercial business processes in healthcare: Market Access, Product Launch & Pricing, Gross-to-Net, Commercial Trade Channels, Parallel Trade, Patient Access.

  • Experience with the following technologies: Salesforce, Appian BPM, DocuSign CLM, SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS, Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint

  • Experience with system and data integration, master data management, data migration, reporting and analytics.

  • Experience working in a global diverse environment.

  • Hands on development background.

  • Use of AI and GenAI to automate and streamline business processes.
