What you’ll do
Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)
Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi
HR documents preparation
Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters
Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures
Liaise with other Teams where appropriate
Participate in standardization and process improvement tasks
Support Audit, Risk & Control and Compliance driven exercises
Ensure that used templates, desktop procedures and other documentations are regularly monitored and kept updated
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Very good knowledge of English
