What you’ll do

  • Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)

  • Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi

  • HR documents preparation

  • Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters

  • Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures

  • Liaise with other Teams where appropriate

  • Participate in standardization and process improvement tasks

  • Support Audit, Risk & Control and Compliance driven exercises

  • Ensure that used templates, desktop procedures and other documentations are regularly monitored and kept updated

What we’ll need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Very good knowledge of English
