Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for J.P. Morgan's broad range of financial products and services
Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager
Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners, including our Investment Banking industry and product partners.
Proactively market clients and prospects; represent GCB Mid-Cap European Banking Group in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sources
Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis ,structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests
Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing Investment Banking, treasury services and credit opportunities
Strictly comply with all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track record
Demonstrates outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with particular focus at the senior management level
Relevant execution experience of Commercial Banking / Investment Banking / Capital markets products in a leadership capacity
Knowledge of the German Mid Cap Market
Strong work ethic and self-starter who is able to work independently and part of a larger team.
Ability to re-adjust under high pressure and challenging situations
Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client capabilities
Proven ability to exercise independent and pro-active leadership
