Key Account Manager(M&CC, New Platform Development)


[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

  • Ownership of online sales for PH cluster. (Mainly Avent Brand through Vendor & direct business).
  • Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales planning & performance management.
  • Deliver elaborate stock planning and management.
  • Management of online sales monitoring system. (Real time analysis of the traffic and conversion rates of Philips products).
  • Analyze in-store & offsite advertisement effectiveness.
  • Develop online customer care strategy. Work closely with the Customer Care Team for defining/improving online customer support.
  • Provide strategic insights to provoke effective website operation, online CRM, social media and promotion execution.
  • E-commerce Marketing.
  • Work with Vendor closely.

[Qualifications & Requirements]

  • 4~8 yearsof proven track record in the area of Online / offline sales.
  • Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
  • Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel.
  • Working experience in digital media and/or on/off-line retail is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
