You will own a large portfolio of existing global accounts, and your priority will be seeking out ways to grow their revenue and jumping on any opportunity you have to discuss these with them. You will use data and your excellent communication skills to explain the value proposition of these optimisations, and with 800 clients in your portfolio, you’ll know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively. You will manage a team of account managers across multiple regions and help them be successful at their respective responsibilities, tasks, and individual targets.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you:

  • Excellent business-level English communication
  • Effective client handling with at least 3-4 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacity
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms; have a data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and product
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet client demands
  • Experience in people & performance management and/or team coordination

Nice to haves include:

  • Prior experience in or understanding of the ad-tech space
  • People management experience across different regions

What will I be doing on a day-to-day today basis?As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader, you will:

  • Be an expert on how to achieve success with Taboola’s product offering for small and medium-sized publisher partners.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales performance and generate comprehensive dashboard reports.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by using data and an analytical mindset
  • Offer guidance and develop strategies for your direct reports, supporting them in achieving their goals.
  • Use your consultative skills to speak with our publisher partners via video conferencing and the phone, understand their objectives and suggest ways that Taboola can help them get there.
  • Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, and assist direct reports in strategizing to close these opportunities at scale.
  • Own team’s quarterly revenue and activity targets.
  • Coordinate and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow and achieve set goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business operations and professional services to enhance operational efficiency.
