Reporting to thetherole is responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and by user needs.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support the IT system development projects team for the business.
• Analyze, design, code, and test new systems and system enhancements according to the deliverables of the IT projects.
• Working with the users to enable you to effectively gather their requirements and allow you to prepare detailed program specifications and then coordinate system implementation.
• Communicate with system users and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
• Independently provide day-to-day support for the EPM Application during PST hours in the areas of Planning, Consolidation, Month-End close, and Account Reconciliation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate users regarding support queries during working hours, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
• Perform necessary changes in the Production environment to master data as part of monthly updates from the business team before the start of the month-end process.
• Focus on QA for critical solutions or enhancements being deployed into the Production environment to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Interact with corporate users to address their concerns, build confidence in support services, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Work closely with GBS team members to ensure a smooth handover process before and after working hours.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English skills.
• Experience working as a systems analyst with EPM (ex., OneStream)
• Finance Functional background.
• Experience in Products like BPC or Hyperion.
• Familiarity with ETL, SSIS, and PL/SQL is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong communications skills.
