• Admin work such as, but not limited to - planning and coordinating meetings and logistics, managing the SAP EMEA AI Officer’s calendar, and flawlessly executing expenses and bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc).
• Project Management - supporting and executing projects (internal/external)
• Stakeholder Management - building strong and powerful relationships, both externally and internally.
• Support the team with requested reports and keep data and visuals organized
• Research, coordinate, and schedule events

•: You are currently pursuing your studies at a university with a preference for business or IT-related fields.
•: You possess good communication skills in English at a C1 level.
