In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in implementation and management formal and informal mentoring for the enterprise
- Provide training, guidance, and support to formal mentoring chapter co-leaders through each phase of the chapter’s lifecycle (i.e., enrollment, matching, reporting, closure)
- Provide first tier technical support on the third party mentoring program software
- Consult on new mentoring chapter requests to align chapter design to business needs within enterprise framework guidelines
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium to high risk deliverables
- Identify opportunities to evolve mentoring strategy based on emerging business needs and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, decrease complexity through both framework design and technical enhancements
- Maintain and update program materials (i.e., role-based playbooks and conversation guides) based on process improvements and technology updates
- Maintain and update program curriculum in alignment with the leadership development curriculum
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with functional colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, and the third party vendor
- Ensure program is run in accordance with all applicable policies and controls
- Create quarterly and annual reports to provide data on program activities and satisfaction, sharing success stories and testimonials
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
