In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in implementation and management formal and informal mentoring for the enterprise
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to formal mentoring chapter co-leaders through each phase of the chapter’s lifecycle (i.e., enrollment, matching, reporting, closure)
  • Provide first tier technical support on the third party mentoring program software
  • Consult on new mentoring chapter requests to align chapter design to business needs within enterprise framework guidelines
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium to high risk deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to evolve mentoring strategy based on emerging business needs and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, decrease complexity through both framework design and technical enhancements
  • Maintain and update program materials (i.e., role-based playbooks and conversation guides) based on process improvements and technology updates
  • Maintain and update program curriculum in alignment with the leadership development curriculum
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with functional colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, and the third party vendor
  • Ensure program is run in accordance with all applicable policies and controls
  • Create quarterly and annual reports to provide data on program activities and satisfaction, sharing success stories and testimonials


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated success in collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.
  • Experience in Enterprise Mentoring,Talent/OrganizationalDevelopment
