Responsibilities

Support division tool installation/upgrade activities.Escalate issues in an internal standard process and follow up to drive results.Cross area support within TW occasionally is required.
Good problem description ability is necessary.
With Windows, PC trouble-shooting skills will be a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
