What you'll do:

You'll help meet our customer needs by designing/architecting solutions, translating them into functional work requirements, guiding weekly engineering delivery, and setting/maintaining engineering standards for the team. You'll frequently collaborate with your Product Owner, cross-functional partners, Architecture leads, UX Designers and Researchers, as well as our core stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

- Extensive knowledge of event driven services/solutions architecture (MQTT, Kafka, etc.) and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining them.

- 4-5 years of experience with microservice architectures, cross-platform data integrations, graph and relational databases, and API orchestration/optimization.

- Proficiency in development using JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React or Angular), Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, CosmosDB, and SQL.

- Proven technical leadership experience including directly or indirectly managing engineers or engineering delivery. Experience with DevOps, agile development, scrum ceremonies, and related ways of working.
