Lead the Enterprise Customer Success organizations – accountable for the success of Gong’s Enterprise accounts, including GDR targets and in partnership is sales Upsell targets as part of variable compensation.
Enhance Gong’s Enterprise Customer Success strategy and methodology; Improve on our prescriptive, scalable customer success motion to best support our largest and most strategic customers.
Partner cross functionally to develop the optimal customer journey, drive deep customer value, create multi-year plans, and increase efficiency.
Establish clarity and accountability around a set of key leading and lagging indicators for customer outcomes.
Provide exceptional strategic support in driving success to our customers, especially in executive-level customer interactions; Track record of customer-centric decision-making.
Recruit, develop and inspire exceptional talent; Leading with compassion and authenticity, connected to the team and deeply invested in people; a leader who loves to serve and embodies the Gong leadership principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of success in a VP CS role or equivalent title.
10+ years of experience leading Enterprise or Strategic accounts in fast growing B2B SaaS organizations.
Led large CS organizations managing millions in revenue.
Expertise in driving strategic value to customers, ideally with transformational products, requiring a consultative approach.
Driving revenue growth in partnership with the Sales organization through up-sell and cross-sell.
Work in close collaboration with cross functional partners (Services, Sales, Support, Education, Product, Operations, etc.) to define the ideal customer journey, value delivery methodology, metrics, and operational models.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent with data and confident in making data-driven decisions.
