Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales efforts of Honeywell Project Financing Orders Targets acrossall strategic business groups.
  • Work closely with the Honeywell sales team to identify opportunities andsupport their efforts.
  • Conduct cashflow analysis, NPV, PV, and IRR calculations.
  • Develop an annual sales and marketing plan in alignment with theorganizational strategy and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project finance and infrastructuretransactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with various financial products and rebates, and their impacton energy efficiency projects for schools and municipalities.
  • Utilize financial products such as SaaS, project financing structures,municipal leases, IRA Funding, operating leases, finance leases, and loan andsecurity agreements to enable sales for the business unit.
  • Manage key customer account relationships within Honeywell.
  • Research and understand competitor product offerings.
  • Identify, assess, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers and partners of Honeywell.
  • Seek out, target, and initiate contact with prospective customers.
  • Prepare and submit expressions of interest, prequalification questionnaires,and proposals/bids for suitable opportunities.

We Value:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics).
  • Proven experience in sales and project financing.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and calculations (cashflowanalysis, NPV, PV, IRR).
  • Experience working with global banks and EX-IM Banks is helpful.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and share ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Sustainability and Energy sectors is a plus.
