Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:1. Organization-wide Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact across the Retail Leadership Team, ensuring seamless communication. Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents. 3. Leadership Meetings - Support recurring strategic and operational meetings such as Retail Leadership Staff(s), Executive Assistant meetings, etc. to ensure shared context, awareness, and alignment. Assemble and make the agenda available before meetings begins. Collect and prepare content - Assemble notes and action items and ensure actions are tracked and completed - Source and curate content for regular activity reports.
Minimum Qualifications
  • This role typically requires 10+ years of work experience in strategy, finance, or business development role in a Retail-centric environment; 8+ years related experience with a strategy consulting firm or investment bank, and/or experience as a Chief of Staff at a large organization
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
  • Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent Keynote / Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
