WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Organizational Planning: Drive the day-to-day activities of revenue operations programs, including resource allocation, headcount planning, risk management, and issue resolution related to slide deck creation, analytical strategy, and operating cadences.
- Develop and Implement GTM Priorities: Partner with Revenue Operations to establish a strategic planning cadence, prioritize key initiatives, and align with business objectives, focusing on market expansion and business outcomes.
- Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for slide deck creation, analytical strategy, and operating cadences, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, IT, and HR, to define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership to assess the effectiveness of GTM efforts.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact on business outcomes.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven strategic recommendations for informed decision-making and long-term planning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required.
- Experience with SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
- Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in slide deck creation, defining analytical strategy, and building out operating cadences preferred.
- Experience in product management and product analytics is a bonus
- Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
