Main Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and oversee SAC planning work streams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Design, support, and implement data models using SAC, focusing on effective planning, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain import and live connections for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Utilize SAC for Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling, providing insights and recommendations based on these models.
- Build and optimize models, stories, data actions, and allocations within SAC.
- Demonstrate expertise with SAC Analytics technologies, including Datasphere, SAP BW, HANA, Master Data management and ECC.
- Maintain FP&A planning process on monthly/quarterly planning cycles.
- Understand and work with SAP data structures, end-to-end data flows, and SAC predictive capabilities such as augmented analytics and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for Consolidated & Pre-Consolidated Balance Sheets, P&L statements, Trial Balances, and TAX reports.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the HQ and Regional COE to share any challenges and discuss best practice on a regular basis
Education, Experience and Leadership Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Computer Application.
- Minimum of 4 years of FP&A and SAC planning work streams for large or complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAC-P as a planning tool, including designing, supporting, and implementing data models.
- Proficiency in importing and connecting both SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Experience with Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated technical experience with SAC Analytics technologies, including Datasphere, SAP BW, HANA, Master Data management and ECC.
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end data flows, SAC predictive capabilities, and augmented analytics.
- Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and strong process orientation
- Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
- Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty.
- Fluency in English required.
Technical Skills Requirements
- SAC-P Experience (Preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Planning Tools / Analytical Tools experience required.
Other Information
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business meetings, trainings, and workshops.
