Key responsibilities:

• External market insights/analysis and competitor analysis
• Develop area portfolio strategy and tactics, aligning with global strategy and leading area execution
• Responsible for Portfolio P&L as the portfolio owner, drive P&L achievement through integrated business plan, portfolio management and cross functional collaboration
• Contributor for new idea hopper; Project leader/key marketing contributor for NPI process; Owner for NPI commercialization in area
• Product demand forecast aggregation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is preferred;
• 3+ years related working experience in marketing function or related industry;
• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• Solid problem solving and execution;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills;
• Good command in both written and oral English.
