Establish and driveprocurement of Contingent Labor and Talent Acquisition strategies inalignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / categoryand/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have Chinaregional responsibility for driving competitive commodity and categorysupply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your region or globalcategory(ies), improve Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution,Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage SupplierPerformance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supplycontinuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. Youwill ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute Right and Fast the Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies for China region for Talent Acquisition and Contingent Labor.
Manage assigned Commodity Strategies including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends
Identify improvement opportunities thru benchmarking and should cost analysis.
Ensure Contingent Labor Policy is consistently applied and eliminate misclassification of labor.
Ensure rigorous management of key suppliers thru contract KPIS, SLA and scorecards. Identify improvement opportunities and lead change for assigned projects.
Support the formulation, negotiation and execution of assigned Statements of Work.
Support and improve behavior to optimize cost while maintaining high employee satisfaction level.
Manage and align with internal stakeholders across all functions specially HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing.
Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes
Improve Working Capital thru Payment Terms extensions
