Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in leading large-scale HR initiatives, managing or mitigating risk, and supporting change management, business readiness, communication efforts, and training programs.
Experience in implementing HR policies and HR compliance projects across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
