How will you make an impact?

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes for contract reviews and client engagements, ensuring effective procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to resolve disputes and enhance security business objectives.
• Maintain and document industry-standard SIG solutions, delivering exceptional results to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Technical Support teams to document and communicate available security instruments to customers.
• Assess risks in existing and proposed contracts, amend contract language as needed, and ensure accuracy and completeness before finalizing agreements.
• Evaluate cybersecurity clauses in contracts, align them with NICE policies, and engage with internal teams early to discuss potential issues and ensure secure and successful agreements.

Have you got what it takes?

• An associate’s degree in business information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract analysis within a technology or services company.
• Familiarity with business procurement functions and contract drafting principles in technology settings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of cybersecurity methods and technologies relevant to applications and cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze and present contract recommendations, translate complex language into clear terms, and align company policies and cybersecurity controls with service agreements.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• CompTIA Security +
• CompTIA Network +
• Certified Professional Contract Manager
• Experience and familiarity with Salesforce operations.
• Working knowledge of Standard Information Gathering templates and solutions.
• Strong understanding of data security controls to include encryption (at rest and processing), network authentication, network security architectures, and access control.
