• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrated ability in interpersonal and communication skills, product insight, user empathy, cross-functional collaboration, system-level thinking, and portfolio management.
• 8+ years experience launching multiple iterations of products to customers.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• You will lead the product strategy for elevating Copilot governance with SharePoint’s cutting-edge security policies like ransomware protection and many other security platform solutions.
• You will work closely with other compliance leaders and major offerings like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams Premium, Copilot for Sales, etc., This is a collaborative role with emphasis on partnership across organization boundaries and across PM, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Marketing disciplines to deliver impact together.
• You will be the voice of the engineering team in customer conversations and will have opportunities to work directly with enterprise customers and bring impact to Microsoft 365’s core business.
