Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 12 – 15 years in application development, DevOps or performance management.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical lead in translating customer/client requirements into high leveld Designs by partnering with stakeholders (technical executives, product owners, product managers, designers, and other teams).
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure architectures that support DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with micro-services architecture — ways to deploy, manage, and scale services in a production environment.
- Solid (5+ yrs) experience in providing technical direction to the development team through mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members on technical specifications, architectures, designs, coding standards and best practices.
- 3+ Hands on experience in working with clients, customer facing, and support teams in handling customer problems and escalations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficient in developing products and offering on Linux/Unix based systems.
- Hands-on with application performance (test, analysis, tuning, optimization and tools/utilities).
- In-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Bamboo.
