Subsystem Integration: Work across subsystems including hardware design for high-speed signal circuit boards, CPU & memory complexes, GPUs and accelerators, network devices and fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, direct liquid cooling solutions, AC-DC and DC-DC power architectures, Dell iDRAC systems management software, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, enterprise operating systems, and data center rack-solution designs.
Essential Requirements
Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in the design of solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong ability to influence others to achieve results and drive project success.
Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture.
Strong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and project success.
Desirable Requirements
Educational Requirements: 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
