Your responsibilities will include:

  • This role will oversee workload distribution and productivity performance of the team and assist supervisor in the coordination of daily activities.
  • Support department to meet metrics while maintaining compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day direction concerning work assignments, overtime requirements and priorities. Major driver for project related work and implementation phases. Will be responsible for monitoring service levels and assigning tasks such as facilitating short-range planning concerning staffing requirements, OT requirements, budget, and space requirements. Individual will escalate issues as needed.
  • Meet all training assigned requirements on time.
  • Apply Lean Principles to daily activity.
  • Assist during on the job training and group training for new hires or existing employees on updates to procedures.
  • Ensuring group goals are met or exceeded.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 Years with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
