What you`ll do:

• Act as single point of contact for all related Portfolio topics and drive the portfolio planning process, ensuring alignment with overall Portfolio guardrails
• Monitor and optimize capacity and demand management to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Oversee and manage charge-out execution, ensuring accurate and transparent cost tracking
• Manage cloud services and infrastructure, ensuring optimal utilization
• Maintain Jira platform, ensuring portfolio compliance and governance
• Continuous alignment with Management and collaborate with cross-unit teams to successfully deliver projects
• Establish and track success metrics and report progress to key stakeholders
• Conduct project controlling activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget

What you bring:

• The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and communicate with management.
• Experience in creating clear and concise reports and dashboards to present findings to senior management
• Financial acumen: The candidate should understand financial concepts and be able to analyze and interpret financial information.
• The candidate should have advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA and Power Point. This includes the ability to effectively communicate ideas and convey complex information.
• First touchpoints in portfolio management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
