- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing global and cross-functional projects, with excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of YouTube partners and creator ecosystems, YouTube scaled service and support operations, and the competitive contexts in which partners operate.
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced evolving team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure a compelling story-line and build presentation decks/documents to support a position.
- Excellent business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
