- 15 years of experience in business leadership, with experience managing cross-functional and global teams in the technology, Internet, or media
industries. - 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, product management, engineering, operations, or finance/investment banking/venture capital.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives, specifically in strategy roles in technology companies or media companies.
- Experience influencing senior level executives, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of YouTube's large partners and creator ecosystem, YouTube ad sales, or scaled service and support operations, as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team
environment. - Strong business sense with strategic thinking and distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
