Lead the design and development of visually appealing learning materials, including presentations, infographics, e-learning modules, 2D & 3D informative & interactive videos, Localization projects, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and translate concepts into engaging visual representations.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all learning materials to ensure a cohesive and professional look and feel.
Utilize industry-standard design tools and software to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, e-learning, and learning technologies to improve the effectiveness and impact of learning materials continuously.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and meeting quality standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior graphic designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning & Development, HR, Marketing, and IT, to align design efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize the learning experience for diverse audiences.
Uphold a commitment to accessibility and inclusivity by designing accessible materials for all learners, including those with disabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (8 – 10 years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as,
Experience designing for e-learning platforms and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of (8 – 10) graphic designers or other creative professionals is preferred.
