Assisting in shaping the art direction of the game, and ensuring adherence to its overall style

Creating the visual style of levels, and filling in location details

Managing a group of artists: assigning tasks, estimating time, monitoring quality, and providing support on technical questions

Working with the Level Design and Art teams on the final vision for levels, and polish level art

Executing blockouts for levels, and providing creative ideas for team consideration

Developing visual appearance, player guidance, and gameplay-related elements for locations in collaboration with the Art team and the Art Director

Establishing processes and pipelines

Implementing new software and technologies

Working on the atmosphere of game locations as well as creating references and moodboards

At least 3 years experience as a Level Artist and at least 4 years in the gaming industry

Experience creating levels and worlds including modeling or texturing

Portfolio showing 3D environment art skills

Knowledge of Unity 3D or another game engine

Experience with level lighting and baking inside of game engines

Knowledge of 3ds Max / Maya / Blender

Knowledge of Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer

Familiar with the technical constraints relating to real-time 3D art production, 3D engines, and level editors

Experience in balancing resources and optimizing environment-related scenes

Experience with procedural content generation tools, AI, and modular techniques

English language skills at the Intermediate level or higher

Knowledge of Houdini, ZBrush, World Machine, SpeedTree, etc.

Higher education in Graphic Design, 3D Art, Game Development, or specialized courses

Passion for games

Knowledge of 3D packages automation
