In the role you’ll learn how to properly manage customer requests in a timely manner, in order to ensure that contractual agreements are met. The work includes escalation management, ticket handling and review, SLA management, inventory management and ensuring coordination of delivery of the services from IBM to the client. The skillset which you’ll get will be a solid foundation for providing exceptional client service.

• Be an active university student or recent graduate
• Fluency in English
• Student in Economics/ Business Administration/ Management or similar field
• Able to communicate effectively with a customer-oriented attitude
